Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Klyros, a product operated by Hunter Capital Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Klyros, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Klyros provides creative infrastructure and related tools for auto aftermarket brands. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Klyros. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfering with the service; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; reverse engineering the product except where permitted by law; or using the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Klyros. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and share that content with us.

Intellectual property

Klyros, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Hunter Capital Holdings LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunter Capital Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Klyros. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Klyros at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Klyros after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
